一、基本技术动作BasiiqueMovements

（一）静态动作StatiiqueMovements

1。手形Haure

抢手ThrustPalm

手心向上，四指并紧，拇指内扣，掌指向前上方45°，力达掌尖（图5-3-1）。

2。步形Staure

一腿屈膝下蹲，全脚掌着地踏实；另一脚脚尖虚点地面，膝关节微内合。目视前方（图5-3-2）。

1。手法HandTeiques

（1）格挡Highandlowblotherightsideleftside

左臂外旋上抬，大臂与肩平，小臂从左侧外旋向左前上方格挡。重心下移成马步，借助小臂外旋反弹力内旋向下格挡（图5-3-3①②③）。

（2）抢手Thrustpalms

左脚上步，左掌快速从腰间穿出，臂微屈，掌心朝上，力达掌指，右拳抱于腰间。右脚上步，右拳变掌快速从腰间穿出，左掌抱于腰间（图5-3-4①②③）。
